Archives Widget Extended expands the default WordPress Archives Widget with additional options for custom Post Types and additional CSS Classes, without slowing down your website.
It follows the default Widget guidelines resulting in a drop-in replacement for the default component.
Supports both Classic and Block Widgets.

Installation
You can install Archives Widget Extended from the WordPress Plugin Repository. Otherwise you can Upload the Archives Widget Extended to your website from Plugins > Add Plugins, activate it, and then add your Block or your Widget from the Appearance section.
Download from Github
Download the latest archives-widget-extended.zip archive from the Releases tab. Simply unzip and upload the files to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
