Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ageroth-site-health directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen.
Activate the plugin through the « Plugins » screen in WordPress.
Open « Site Health+ » in the WordPress admin menu.

Does this plugin change my cache configuration?: No. The plugin is read-only. It does not modify cache rules, settings, or server configuration.
Does this plugin send data to a remote service?: No. The plugin does not collect or send personal data.
Why does it say « cache detected » without a HIT header?: Some cache plugins and server setups do not expose a direct cache HIT header on frontend responses. In those cases, the plugin reports the strongest safe conclusion based on the available signals.
