PRO version has only 2 things more than this free version (recaptcha and bulk image upload) and neither of those two work. Support team is disaster. They don't help, they don't explain, just wrote two or three words, they are not flexible, there is no hello, goodbay, thank you or anything else that normal person would wrote in e-mails, never had worst experience with help desk or plugin and must say that I am more than 20 years in web development. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/ff8f619420596e5dd461121d903a4d07ccdeb2568a6ee5070d2755e70cbdc11f? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Awesome plugin and much needed.](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/awesome-plugin-and-much-needed/)󠁿 [](https://profiles.wordpress.org/yelgnissm/) 1 décembre 2021 Love the plugin, easy to configure and lots of options. I especially love the Layout Editor feature. It's amazing! There is room for improvement. I found one feature, changing the image preview layout, that wasn't clearly explained, and I spent a good amount of time trying to figure out why the image preview post for all of my images weren't looking the way I intended them to. It turned out each photo has a preview setting, so just changing the global preview setting doesn't change the preview setting for the photos already uploaded. That makes sense, but I never saw anything that documented that feature. The code could be a little bit cleaner too, which might make it difficult to work on as more features are being added over time. In the end, though, the plugin works just fine. Kudos to the author for making something new, not found anywhere else in the WordPress repository of free plugins. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/859e284a9f055af249d143d26cb1c16325ed3319bcd7990f754f1f44c826e7f9? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Best](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/best-932/)󠁿 [Anonymous User 15932932](https://profiles.wordpress.org/anonymized-15932932/) 18 décembre 2020 It works great and the author writes off right away in case of problems!
