But now I can also add that their support is top notch and lightning fast. I reached out about a technical issue on a form that had worked beautifully for over a year, and got a response and solution within the hour. Notably, making it 'required' has no effect. It submits without file uploads. If you remove file uploads, the entire thing just stops working. This month alone, they pushed an update which disabled the form entirely.
